1. Information We Access

The Application connects to QuickBooks Online to access accounting data including but not limited to: customer records, vendor records, invoices, bills, payments, journal entries, employee records, estimates, purchases, and chart of accounts information.

2. How We Use Information

All data accessed through the Application is used exclusively for internal accounting and financial management purposes of BH Properties of Edison. We do not use QuickBooks data for any other purpose.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share QuickBooks data with any third parties. Data is accessible only to authorized personnel of BH Properties of Edison.

4. Data Storage

QuickBooks data is accessed in real time via Intuit's API. We store only the minimum credentials necessary to maintain the connection to QuickBooks Online (OAuth tokens). These credentials are stored securely on our local systems.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect data and credentials, including secure credential storage and encrypted API communications via HTTPS.

6. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates with QuickBooks Online, provided by Intuit Inc. Your use of QuickBooks Online is governed by Intuit's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

7. Data Retention

We retain access to QuickBooks data only for as long as the Application is actively connected. Upon disconnection, no QuickBooks data is retained by the Application.
